Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to contact us from the date you received our product/service. To be eligible for a return, you must state why the service was not what was promised. Your request for a refund needs to be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after reviewing your complaint. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Delivery instructions and/or time frames

Our online services will be emailed to you. The time frame will depend on the nature of the service requested. Typically routine services such as an individual income tax return with one income item and one deduction item are completed between 2 and 5 days business days, for more complex services the time frame can be longer.

Measure we have in place to secure cardholder account data

Our transaction page into which you key your card details is hosted on the secure server of the NAB, using industry standard encryption- at no stage would we have access to those details, and we do not store card details of customers on our computer database.

In the case of other transactions taken over the phone, these details (on paper) will be destroyed within 30 days.
