7. Business skills migration – both require a EOI and nomination by state government, this is easy to obtain, just need to provide documentation that you are a real business person with real assets and income.

                                          i.     Business Talent (Subclass 132) –

        1. have net business and personal assets of at least AUD1.5 million and an annual business turnover of at least AUD3 million, or
        2. have obtained at least AUD1 million in venture capital funding to start the commercialisation and development of a high-value business idea in Australia.

ii.     Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) (Subclass 188)

        1. Stage One and Stage two process
          1. Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional)- (Subclass 188) – Business Innovation Extension and significant investor extension streams
          2. Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) (Subclass 888)
        2. Visa includes three streams:
          1. Business Innovation stream: for people with business skills who want to establish, develop and manage a new or existing business in Australia.
          2. Investor Stream: for people who want to make a designated investment of at least AUD1.5million in an Australian state or territory and maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
            1. 2 years out of 5 must reside in Australiaii.

          3. Significant Investor stream: for people who are willing to invest at least AUD5million into complying investments in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.

(need to already hold a provisional visa, allows you to travel in and out for 5 years)

iv.     Investor (Subclass 891) for the 162 visa (now closed)

v.     State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Subclass 892)
