Whats ASX/ASIC Corperate Services?

As a result of specialisation and staff training we formed ASX/ASIC Corporate and have dedicated resources to the pursuit of growing this business.

Our roles ensure our clients ASX and ASIC obligations are maintained at all times.

We do this by keeping abreast of the changes to the laws and regulations relating to both the ASX and ASIC, the Corporations Law, and other laws relating to corporate governance and compliance. We carry out statutory corporate secretarial work ensuring lodgment with the ASX and ASIC, in addition we also facilitate transactions with lawyers, other consultants, review company documents including capital raising, and other duties as agreed with you.

We do not provide legal advice and our role and duties involves facilitation of external consultants including lawyers to ensure the ASIC and ASX and other obligations are maintained
